A favorite movie of a lot of people, I think I stayed away from it this long because of that reason. I finally decided to watch it, and it was awesome.
Al Pachino plays Tony Montana- a Cuban refugee who comes to Florida with his best friend. They start off as dishwashers, but desire to make it big brings them to the drug trafficing lifestyle. His passion, drive, and loyalty takes him quickly to the top. But he doesn't know how to handle staying at the top, and his quickly acquired empire crumbles to a bloody end.
I'd say this may be in my top 30 movies of all time. Maybe top 20. |
