This is probably one of the worst movies ever made besides the films of Ed Wood.It is so bad that it's good.It's hilarious! Did people in 1936 even take this film serious. I mean this movie is funnier than Half Baked or Up In Smoke.I used to own this on DVD but I lost it and back in my stoner days,me and my buddies used to have a blast watching this movie.Technically,it sucks but it's also a landmark film.You can't deny that. A cult classic that is still around 60 plus years later! You gotta give it credit for that. As far as ratings go-I give it 1/2 of a * but for laughs it deserves ****. |
