This was the best thing to watch. It was a great movie with stellar preformances. Dustin Hoffman was great and so was Tom Cruise, but it was Dustin Hoffman that stole the show. If you have seen I am Sam or Radio you will relate to this movie on so many levels and love it all the time. This was a movie as Roger Ebert quotes in Dec. 16, 1988 in his review, "This movie is about acceptance......Dustin Hoffman steals the show". He is absolutely right. The movie is Hoffman's even though he doesn't change and is basicly not capable of love because of his circumstances. This is a great movie to rent and watch with the family. |
