An enjoyable comedy.

This is a role Goldie Hawn was born to play. She is a riot as a spoiled Jewish American Princess who's husband dies on her wedding day and left without any direction in life she happens to be conned into the Army and that's when the movie becomes absolutely hilarious while she's in the Army, the second half loses a bit of the punch and by the end it picks up terrifically. Eileen Brennan steals the picture as the tough Captain Lewis. |
