Peter Sellers plays a bumbling dective trying to catch the famous Phantom, who is a jewel thief played by David Niven. With slapstick after slapstick you have to be humorless not to laugh out loud a million times a minute. Followed by several sequals. The only good ones are with Peter Sellers: Shot in the Dark; Return of the Pink Panther; Pink Panther Strikes Again; and finally Revenge of the Pink Panther. |
