It's an international crime of the century, and only Inspector Clouseau can save the day. This is one of the funniest Pink Panther movies ever. "The Pink Panther Strikes Again" was released on December 17, 1976 and it is a hillarious comedy. Charles Dryfus is at it again, and this time he has created a doomsday machine that can destroy the world. He uses it for a demand: to get rid of Clouseau.
Unfortunately Clouseau gets into an international assasination attemp. From everywhere, assasins try to get rid of him, including Deep Roy and Omar Sharif. It gets funnier from there.
The opening titles, done by the Richard Williams studio, do a spoof of the movies, from "King Kong" (interesting side note, the remake of "Kong" was released the same year as this) to "Singin' in the Rain." And at the end, they do it again with "Jaws," which was released the previous year. This movie is full of funny material go see it. |
