Calling 'Pink Flamingos' a bad movie is an understatement. It's perhaps the worst film ever made, and director John Waters knows it. This wasn't a movie made to be good, but a movie made to be bad and ditested, and well many people detest it. The story alone is disturbing, a trailer park family competing with a toe-sucking husband/wife combo to see whose the dirtiest people alive. Divine stars as Babs, the disgusting daughter of an egg-obsessed fatty and mother to a chicken f*cker and chicken f*cker watcher. She basically does stuff like kill cops, eat dog crap and perform fellatio on her own son. The husband/wife combo abduct women, knock them out, inject semen into them, get them pregnant, then sell their babies to lesbian couples. 'Pink Flamingos' is a happy, vibrant celebration in bad taste, and is recommended to watch with friends at a party to gross them out. Not for the faint hearted, many scenes are pornographic. Grade: F |
