Supposed to be about time travel or something, comes off about nothing in particular. Echoes of an odd bomb blast in a Navy harbor, on a Navy vessel in California prior to the dropping of the two atomic bombs in WWII. The harbor blast killed only black seamen. Perhaps this film warps that event-which some say yielded a mushroom cloud.
