The movie is very good as it shows the ups and downs of raising kids. Too many families get the dysfunctional tag because of the offbeat behavior of their kids who choose to disregard the values of dad and mom who try to guide them wisely into adulthood. It really hits home to families that have/have had kids who go off the guiding path of their well-meaning, law-abiding parents. It also touches on setbacks that are commonplace but unexpected when they occur. Lots of lighthearted wisdom from the older folks who apparently have been through it all before.
