This wonderful story from the famous novel is an excellent film. Jack Nicholson plays his most famous role of McMurphy, a free spirit. He is put in a state mental home with Christopher Lloyd, Danny DeVito and (introducing) Brad Dourif. He is also accompanied by the heartless Nurse Ratched (Louise Fletcher). While McMurphy is at this mental home he causes all kinds of mayhem to and with the patients to get to Ratched. This is a brilliant film which won oscars for best actor, Nicholson and best actress, Fletcher. This is another one of my most favourite films ever made. |
