This is a movie that most kids today won't appreciate, because they're used to the incredible advancements in special effects and the like. I hope though that won't deter parents from trying to get them to watch it, because gosh darn it, it's better for you than brussel sprouts. It's got imagination, adventure, and a whole lot of heart. This movie has got a great plot, and a lot of great moments- you'll be laughing, crying, scared out of your tree, and rooting for Bastian all the way. There are way too many cool and interesting characters to mention in this movie, but I gaurantee you, you'll be swept away- not by visual effects, but by the heart and soul of this movie. A story for everyone! |
