I think this movie would still be watched even in today's media culture. Nowadays people tend to get the feeling that all the news organizations put certain programs to get higher ratings. NETWORK pokess fun at that idea, and I think it's funny. This is a very humorous movie, with every scene giving you an intelligent laugh. Just imagine if Dan Rather or Tom Brokaw jumped out their seats and started saying:"I am mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore!" |
