A slight romantic comedy.

"My Stepmother Is An Alien" is not a good movie, the story leaves a lot to be desired, but the cast and the direction of actor/director Richard Benjamin that helps this movie. Kim Basinger, an actress who I always believe was better than the material that was given to her(L.A. Confidential gave her the role of her career.)is especailly winning in her role as the alien who marries an unlikely Dan Ackroyd. Allyson Hannigan plays his daughter who see more to her than meets the eye. I like this movie but I won't mention it too loud. |
