This is one of my all time favorite movies. I love William Powell and Carole Lombard. They are a great team. You would never have known that they were divorced at the time. The story line is fabulous and I can watch this movie a hundred times. I do own it and it never ceases to make me laugh. William Powell is such a classic actor with such poise and even though he plays a "forgotten man" he carries himself with so much dignity. I love how he is able to humble himself as a servant when he came from such rich beginnings. The movie is fantastic and worth watching. |
