I have seen this movie so many times, that I have lost count. The odd thing is, every time I see it, I find another little subtle thing that I had missed before. One of the main things that made this movie so special, is that there was not one sketch or scene that I thought was a week point every scene was funny and could stand alone as a strong sketch.
There was no scene that needed the momentum of the story or the central charachter to keep it strong (like holy grail did). The story tieing the scenes together only made the movie seem even more genious.
Apart from the humor, Python (whether they meant to or not) threw in some morality and life lessons that will stick with you. This is easily in my list of top 10 movies that I have seen. |
