Michelle Pheiffer stars as a Mafia wife who decides to get out of her Mafia life after her husband (Alec Baldwin when he was really hot looking)has been murdered. She moves with her son from her upper middle class house to a small apartment on Manhattan's poor lower east side and tries to make a life for herself. She also gets unknowingly involved with an FBI agent. The man who murdered her husband is also after her and his jealous wife, Mercedes Ruhl, in one of films most hilarious performances, goes nuts everytime he looks at another woman. This is true comedy that will have you belly-laughing all the way to the end. |
