based on the musical (and the film from 1960)
it has Rick Moranis as Seymour, a young man, who gets a strange plant, he named Audrey 2, after the girl who he has a crush on.
the plants is the biggest attraction, grewing bigger and bigger, and turns out to have a giant appetite..for humans.
so Seymour has to keep feeding his plant blood to get it to grow, til it grows into a giant monster.
this is one of my fave, 80's movies, with a good mix of light horror and comedy, great acting, great singing (not huge on musicals, but this one is great).
rent it for a good campy time.
featuring great actors, such as John Candy, Bill Murray, Steve Martin & of course Rick Moranis and Ellen Green.
