The story of a man who turns his back on the outside world to become a Mountain Man. His first winter in the mountains nearly kills him untill he meets a crusty old veteran mountain man (Will Geer) who advises Jeremiah to forget his low lands survival, telling him life in the mountains has it's own way. Jeremiah learns quickly and soon becomes accomplished and formidable. Filmed in Utah this one is destined to be a true classic. |
