Invasion of the Body Snatchers is partly great because of the story. In the 1950s, most sci-fi films were cheesy and had hoky special effects. But in this movie, they do the opposite with no effects at all. In the movie, characters are replaced by aliens in seed pods from outer space. This results until there is only one man left in the village the pods landed. It leaves you paranoid and freaked out, but you'll love it. |
