Prison movie almost gets it right

While the dirty cop portion of the movie is way overdone, the prison portion is actually fairly good at portraying some of the true situations inmates face in prison. Some parts of the prison portion are sensationalized for hollywood but I did appreciate the infusion of accuracy. No prison movie will ever be dead on. Daily prison life can actually get pretty boring. However, this movie was fairly entertaining. I would recommend it to anyone considering committing a crime that could land them in prison. |
