This film probably isn't as good as the firtst one, but I still think it's very enjoyable to watch. The action and the quick witted humor is what makes the Indiana Jones films work, and this one has plenty of it. Harrison Ford is great once again as Indy, and Kate Capshaw is great as his damsille in distress. I think the reason why most people don't think it lives up to the first is that its a little more extreme, like the ripping the heart out of a guy's chest. Yes, that was a little extreme, but it didn't ruin the movie for me. This is a great sequel and is worthy of the trilogy. |
