poor attempt at horror!

The plot is ridiculous, it's about a bunch of men in rubber suits that sprout from dumping toxic waste into the sea! How many times has this silly premise been used in the movies? Oh yeah there's lots of blood but it looks more like molasses in glorious b&w! Not much else going on just a bunch of reverb surfer guitars and girls screaming!
