A crappy interpretation of a brilliant novel. If you're too lazy to read the book (which would be really sad, considering that Tolkien wrote it to amuse his children), wait for Peter Jackson's version. Judging from the very good job he did with "Lord of the Rings," his version of this book should be excellent.
Seriously, though, what's wrong with this movie? It took "The Hobbit" and made it into fodder for the Cartoon Network. In short, it's terrible. |
