I was greatly impressed by this film. When you here of great war films, you usually hear of films based on WWII, like Saving Private Ryan or Patton. Most movies based on the Vietnam War don't show the true premise of why the war was going on. It just blabs on about how America shouldn't have been there. But this film truly showed what happened in the Vietnam War. It did focus on one character, yes, but he wasn't really important for the story. He was just there. The film not only showed the horrors of the Vietnam War, but of all wars. So go see this movie. |
