Excellent musical. The life of an Orthodox Jewish family in Russia. Music performed by John Williams, who must've been younger then.

A so called poor farmer family, who is very rich in food, but has holes in his roof. A man with all daughters and no sons.

Back to the days of matchmakers and modernizing love (choice of your own, not your parents). Nice, real issues.

A perfect example of Jews against God, while thinking they are for him. When trouble comes they think maybe the Messiah will come. He has come. He has conquered mankind, he was faultless and without sin, wisest, holy, God's son whom God was and is well pleased with. He is here amongst us already. The Kingdom has begun to overtake the world. As he said, you cannot point to it and say there it is....(Read the bible yourself).

Sad how the Jews were treated, but lays bases as for why they are in America, fleeing from Russia.

Again, the Messiah said, why not let each man decide for himself? (And to beware of the yeast of the Pharisees... traditions of men).

Blessed are the Jews who are promised to keep the promised land despite their ways against God. (Those that oppose the Messiah, oppose God).

Watch the movie, understand some Jewish ways. Bless and do not curse (the Messiahs words again). The Messiah still longs to be embraced by Israel (the Jews), yet now more than his time here as man, they are stubborn and stiffnecked, bless them.

Messiah as man, not possible? Again, and again I return you to Abraham. Not only does the story of three men coming to Abraham correct this but also rebukes their tradition of meat and dairy together. The story is three men, MEN, came by Abraham and he went to them and asked the LORD to not pass them by. The LORD was as man, with them. He served them meat, unleavend bread, curds (dairy) together, Oh Israel! The two men, angles remaing went to Lot. The LORD returned to heaven. Yet they say, tradition, tradition, traditioin, do not eat meat and cheese... keep pots separate! Or in other words, forget God and listen to mankind. These same people tell you not to seek Jesus the Messiah for he was just a man. Do you get it yet?! The whole bible is sum'd up as one thing and one thing only, love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your might. A wonderful movie about tradition and being lost in mankind words over God.

Fiddler on the Roof is so powerful, for those trying to understand the Jew. Like when I eat at Adar Pizza when I'm in Vegas, they treat nonJews like dirt. Nevertheless, I love God and eat Kosher. I know their son is called by my Father, good hearted. Whether he turns to Jesus and is born again.... who knows? But God be with all of you who seek him! Who cling to his words and not the traditions of mankind, whom meant to honor God. God's word is more important than the laws. To obey his direct command. Tradition? God wants us to have the tradition of obeying him not mankind. Oh to seek the truth.... may you seek with all your heart, soul and might.
