Mad Gruesome but oddly entertaining

The movies was first fo all really gruesome and vile in some scenes. I am not a Rob Zombie fan but I saw House of 1000 Corpses when it came out in theaters because i worked at a movie theater as a projectionist and was reeling the film. House of 1000 Corpses sucked and was wierd but the Devil's Rejects uses the same characters but takes a different and oddly refreshing course. The movie had some good writing, good acting, good fight scenes, interesting dramatic sequences, and managed to keep me on the edge for the whole duration. The movie showcases the characters of the original house of 1000 of corpses film running from shotgun and m16 toting sheriffs. This made me morbidly happy to see these evil characters face the law and get a taste of their own medicine in gruesome ways. Overall dont take kids, and if you dont like seeing alots of violence, nudity, and language DO NOT SEE THIS FILM, you definately have to be opened to enjoy this film. But if you like the horror, action genre, or even dark comedy genre this is a film for you. |
