This delightful comedy was made in Cinemascope & if yu do not see it in the wide screen format you are missing many laugh lines & visuals.
Acting by Hepburn & Tracy is perfection as usual.
This was first a Broadway play & was sharper, movies of this period could not explore anything sexual or language of today.
my B rating is based on original viewing in the theatre.
seeing it on TV today (not in wide screen) rating would be C. |
