stephen king is one of those men who's books are either turned into good films or really crap films. this book is really well written with a lead character who was flawed and well liked.
i bought this film for really cheap thinking it would be just a good time waster for the afternoon. this film was very harrowing and the theme of it was darker then most.
the film is well casted with christopher walken doing the role he was born to play. martin sheen is creepy as the politican who you couldn't trust if you wanted to.
a man who can tell your fate just by touching you is an interesting story idea and in this haunting film it never disappoints. if you like a darker type of film then this film is for you, others be warned it has atmosphere to burn. |
