Wow! I was impressed by the depiction of the disease of alcoholism. This was a very accurate portrayal. I was pleasantly surprised to see AA make an appearance.
I just love the old black and white movies. They are so classic. More attention is paid to the story than the special effects. While the movie won the Oscar for music, I did not particularly care for the music.
