to watch this movie hoping that it all makes sense blows the point of it. It is one of the most dark, grimm depictions of post apocalypic earth I have ever seen. That is what made me a big fan of it. Itdepicts the hopeless times that we were facing and also had an amazing soundtrack that captured the mood. Good for those qualities, but not for much else. Not too much dialog, funny miscues like 1) Gibson being chased in the sewer and the guy with the staff almost tripping 2)fender pulling a disappearing act (crappy editing) when Gibson threy what knife at him in the abandoned plant, 3) the fact that they caught a boat by walking.
That's just my take, but I love that flick. Gonna go watch it right now... |
