This is one of my all time favorite movies. My entire family can agree on this one, so much so that my sisters and I often use the "pellet of poison" routine to talk across the table while playing cards! Its dialogue sparkles, and has found its way into my personal vernacular. I've probably seen it 100 times and it never fails to make me laugh. Danny Kaye and Glynis Johns are absolutely tingle-worthy! I've even invented a drinking game that lures my friends in unsuspectingly. Every time someone snaps their fingers, you take a drink. Bwahaha!
I've actually used this movie as a boyfriend-barometer. It's been quite a successful one, too! |
