this truely is my all time favorite movie and i think that it is prehaps on of the best dark comedies ever man in film making. based on the board game the film tells the tale of six strangers who are invited to an evening party by the mysterious mr. boddy whom noone has ever seen and when they all recieve weapons after mr boddy arrives and soon dies they are all suspects even the odd butler wadsworth played brilliantly by tim curry. also in the great cast are christopher lloyd, martin mull, michael mckean and others. the best part of the whole film is the fact that when the studio released this film theatrially they had three endings, so a certian area of theaters would get one ending and a different area a different ending. an ingenuis gimmick if i must say so. and all i have to say is watch this movie it's genuis! |
