Yes it is low budget but I thought it was a pretty good indie/underground movie.. If your from NYC you will appreciate, it shows old times square, the arcades in the subway, etc.
Great to see Madonna so angry and raw. I thought the story was pretty good, very dark movie and weird. If you like that type of movie you will like this.
