I had a hard time deciding between this and my #3 movie as the funniest of all time(see My Favorite Movies List), however this one gets the nod because they simply don't make movies like this anymore. We may never see again the teaming up of comedians the likes of Bill Murray, Chevy Chase, Rodney Dangerfield, and Ted Knight (who may have been the funniest of the 4 in this movie, he really steals the show). I know what your thinking, mediocre story (which may be a stretch), cheesy gopher, I get it. But the movie is just so funny, none of that matters. So many classic lines and scenes that it never gets old. I was 1 year old when the movie came out and it has never seemed old to me. Just a classic, classic movie the likes of which we will probably never see again.
