Zefirelli surely feeled a little bit of the Franciscanian spirit. Also the actors do as if they was full of spirit. This is definately the most important film about Francesco of Assisi. The early years of Francesco are also displayed and not only his holy life.
May everybody in the world see this film and take a small piece of its peace and glory! Than world will be without any wars and crimes.
