Sadly, many women view this movie as a call to hate men, when in fact it is a good movie, well acted, with a good script. There is no message in it. I don't think women should overreact and assume every man is a rapist, any more than men should assume that all women are killers.
Just enjoy it for what it is... a good movie with a nice story.
If you're a woman who has had a bad relationship with a man, go see a good Cary Grant movie, not this one. |
