Peter Greenaway's "The Pillow Book" which is quite unique and very erotic, which it is much different but had the similiar technical filmwork that he does with "Prospero's Books". The story surrounds a young Japanese woman named Nagiko(Vivian Wu)for whom she has a talent of writing typicals kinds of callagriphy for use by writing on other people's bodies, which includes herself for she does for every year of her birthday for which is a traditon to the Japanese celebration, and to an honor for her's father's tribute. Greenaway has his commiment of shock and provocation can still give the visionary realms and to his special artistic expressive point of view. His film is better than of his other films, and it's like experiencing a personal CD-ROM narrative storytelling by Nagiko. The movie also stars Ewan McGregor as Jerome; a bohemian bisexual translater for which he involves which an erotic relationship with Nagiko.
