The Mask of Zorro is a definite twist on the real story. It is not a masterpiece, but it is good enough for a night at home, with a big bowl of popcorn. The movie carries some really funny moments. Having Hopkins, Banderas, and Zeta-Jones in one movie, is the biggest asset of the movie. Watch it, it's fun.
