My wife wanted to see this movie, so I rented it for her. I wasn't too sure about it - until I started watching it. This movie was extremely touching and very well done. The casting was perfect and the story line, believeable. The relationship between "grandpa" and Doggie was great. This movie had my wife crying her eyes out. I was damn near in tears. I immediately purchased this movie for my colloection. Excellent family movie. One of the best Chinese period movies i've ever seen. |
