I love this movie. It's one of thoe movies a guy can totally relate to. From getting a girls number and waiting to call her after a few days, to playing video games with your friends and fighting with them. Everyone can enjoy this movie because it's real, it's about real people in real life situations, looking for a break, and love. I guess this movie means alot to me because I know how it is to go out looking for girls with your friends and them trying to egg you on to go talk to her. I see Mike; played by John Favreau, as myself, I'm totally the Mike character. Movies you can relate to tend to play on your dvd player alot, as is the case with "Swingers", it's one of those flicks that are timeless, and can be watched over and over again. |
