Very Inaccurate But Still Fun

Typical Disney happy Fabrication of a classic story, Like the little Mermaid or Sleeping Beauty. The only thing that actually related to the real Heracles (hercules true name)was that he was Zeus (and Alcmena) child and met Hades. In the real story Hera curses Hercules and in turn Hercules murders his entire family. To appease the gods, Hercules must do chores for Hera to re-establish his reputation. No evil Hades (who wasnt actually an "evil" god) and no falling in love with a pretty girl.
All in all, Disney did create a fun loving musical which would create entertainment for children and adults. Most of the Characters are pretty memorable and the songs are cathcy. Another good movie by disney. |
