Trey Parker and Matt Stone have been one of my favorite comediens. I love the show South Park, it's the funniest thing. Most adults don't get this kind of humor, cause they're to up-tight.
This Comdey tells the tale of two life long friends, who love the game of baseball, and are pretty good at the game basketball "Yeah, as long as we don't gotta run or jump, or dribble or nothin'". But as they grow up, they begin to hate the idea of teams switching cities, and players ebing traded, as they showed in the hilarious opener. So at the begging of the mvoie, they go to a party with all their "friends" from high school, who mock them on their pathetic lives. So to impress the women at the party, they take on some "preppies" in a game of basketball, un-known to them, the preppies are great at basketball, so they make a bet for $50 that they could ebat them "Dude we don't have $50!"..."Dude, we don't $20, besides, how good could they be?". So instead of being beat, they make up a game that involves the sport of basketball and baseball combined, and call it BASEketball. Then, after a few weeks of playing it, it catches on, and soon because an actual sport. The story goes on, and so does the comdey. It's a funny movie, I've watched it way over fifty times, it's greta, you'll laugh, I give 17-1/2 thumbs up! |
