Best Film Of The Year 2001!

I`m going to commence by telling you WHY I went to see this film at the cinema. I went to see it because I wanted to PROVE that I was NOT frightened. A very long time ago, when I was a child, I used to get scared frequently at the cinema. But, as time went by, I gradually became LESS AND LESS frightened. When I was 11, I was struggling with PG films at the cinema so I decided to stick to children`s films for the time being.
However, one day something made me CHANGE MY MIND. My parents took me to see "Bowfinger" at the cinema, which is rated 12. To my surprise, I did NOT get scared of "Bowfinger". It was then that I decided to see as many 12 films as I could at the cinema. By January 2001, I was managing SO WELL with 12 films that I wanted to experiment with a 15 film. But I couldn`t do so straight away because I was only 14 (I celebrated my 15th birthday in 2001). I thought to myself, 'If I can manage with a 12 film, I can DEFINITELY manage with one that`s a 15!' I knew that I would have to wait until I was old enough to see a film rated 15.
As a matter of fact, I saw "All The Pretty Horses" A FEW DAYS AFTER MY 15TH BRITHDAY! I did not know anything about it before I saw it, because I picked it at random from the newspaper. I was looking at the newspaper and I saw that there were several 15 films to choose from. One of them was called, "All The Pretty Horses". I thought to myself, 'This sounds like a beautiful film, and I`m so excited about watching my first 15 film at the cinema!'
So, in conclusion, I went to see this film BECAUSE I wanted to TRY seeing a 15 film at the cinema! This film IMMEDIATELY became MY FAVOURITE FILM! It went STRAIGHT TO THE TOP OF MY FILM LIST because I enjoyed it so much! It was PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!
My parents tried to interrogate me about this film after I watched it. They said that I could not understand the film, which was WRONG. In fact, I understood the plot VERY WELL. The story of the film was so simple that it was EASY to understand. I was VERY ANGRY with my parents for questioning me about the film. "All The Pretty Horses" is an EXCELLENT FILM which I have ALWAYS ENJOYED. My parents were trying to make it seem as if I was a fool in choosing this film. What`s more, I had to STOP my parents from watching this film, which I have successfully done.
I would like to reccomend this film to young adults and elderly people. This is a film of which almost any adult will enjoy! I`m sure that you will enjoy this film as much as I did! The story, acting and visuals are EXCELLENT, TERRIFIC and FANTASTIC! It deserves a SPECIAL AWARD! |
