As far as coming of age movie goes, This movie ranks right up there with the best of them. I'm not Black, I've never lived in California, and I've never made a bet with my friends to see who has sex first (those who've seen the movie knows what I'm talking about) And yet I can relate to this movie like if I've lived through that in some ways.
Great story with great cast. Almost perfect all around. |
