this is one of the best movies of all time. it came it in the 30s and is still beloved by childrin and adults today. if not for gone with the wind this movie could have easily won best picture for 1939. i think it still won an oscar for best music and i think over the rainbow won best song in a movie of all time in afi 100 years 100 movies. the reason this movie is so great is the story is very good. its creative its imagineitive and is way ahead of its time. the acting is also pheanomenal with judy garland stealing the show as dorthy. i dont really know who the diector is but hes a genius. and the visuals are incredible with creative and wild sets that will give your eyes the candy it needs. overall i highly reccomened this movie to anyone but espicially if your a fan of judy garland or just good vs evil movie. this is a timeless classic that has thrilled young and old alike. |
