When I saw Speed, I saw an entertaining and yet inspirational kind of movie. When I saw Twister, I thought Jan De Bont is getting comfortable with those great action directors upthere. Then I saw Speed 2: Cruise Control.... C'mon, man do makes mistake. But after I saw this movie, I think Jan has lose it. He has lose his touch. The touch of creating thrills and polishing good story into great story. It's boring, unoriginal (see The Haunted Mansion, Haunted House, etc.0, it's not Horror, it's not Thriller, it's comic. At least the CG Ghosts are. And it haunts you after you done watching it, making you regret what you have seen. |
