the main problem i had with the film was it was not really like the book ,which is one of my favorite books.if i had not read the book i would have liked it more.sandra bullock and nicole kidman are believable as sisters.the first half of the film is about witchy sisters who are nothing alike but love and annoy each other.the second half kinda becomes a romantic comedy when aiden quinn enters the picture.lovely witchy tale that could have been better.must have for any die hard sandra bullock fans.stockhard channing and dianne weist are superb in supporting roles. |
