Of all the sequels to the original classic, this was the best one. Granted, the addition of Chris Rock wasn't exactly the best choice for a son-in-law for Danny Glover, but it could have been worse. It could have been Kirk Cameron.
Jet Li makes his big American debut in this film and the times he gets an appearance, he is good. He shows the action skills that have made him famous. Wish he would have finished Chris Rock though.
Overall, it is a nice film. Got a few laughs and some good action. Very solid. "B+" |
