Synopsis:
Patrick Chamusso (Derek Luke), a South African man, is arrested in 1980 and falsely accused of sabotaging the oil refinery where he works. He and his wife are interrogated and tortured by Nic Vos (Tim Robbins) of the Police Security Branch. After his release, a newly politicized Patrick leaves his family and joins the African National Congress, becoming a rebel fighter against apartheid.
