Overdone and Overrated

I love older films. After watching 12 Angry Men, my love for the older film was revived. I especially had high hopes for this film because of its cast (Bette Davis and Joan Crawford). However, this film proved to be very ineffective. Bette Davis and Joan Crawford showed none of the acting prowess that made them such big stars. At times the movie was boring, drawn out, and over-the-top. Bette Davis's performance was similar to that of Kathy Bates performance in misery but unbelievable. I would not recommend this film at all. It is overdone and overrated...
